The story

Built on returning clients.

Pico Stairs & Railing opened in Mississauga in 2009. Most of our work today comes from contractors and homeowners we've already worked with at least once.

We're small on purpose. One workshop, one team, one set of standards. The same person who designs your staircase is the person who measures it, builds it and signs off when it's installed.

That's the work we want to be known for.

Every Pico staircase is fabricated in our shop on Shawson Drive in Mississauga — cut, sanded, stained and finished before it gets near your floors. You're welcome to stop by during a build.

How we work

Four things we don't compromise on.

Insured
Full liability + WSIB. Certificate of Insurance on request — usually the first thing GCs and property managers ask for.

Free quotes
No phone estimates — we come to you, measure, then send a written quote. No deposit until you sign.

On schedule
When we say two weeks, we mean two weeks. If something slips on our end, we tell you the day it slips.

Clean site
Site protection, dust extraction, daily tidy-up. Final walk-through with you before we leave.
